Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients across the US and Canada to introduce Merit Finder's services. - Identify and qualify sales leads through effective communication and active listening. - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services and industry trends to effectively address client needs and objections. - Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to foster long-term partnerships. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for reaching sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. - Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to improve our outreach strategies and service offerings. - Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and performance metrics. Qualifications: - Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role, preferably in a remote setting. - Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong ability to persuade and influence potential clients. - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. - Comfortable working with CRM software and other sales tools. - Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
